Personal Training

Whether you have been working out for awhile or you’re new to exercise, personal trainers provide motivation and inspiration to help you reach new heights in your fitness level and achieve your goals. Creating an exercise program that's right for you with a personal trainer ensures that you’re working out to the best of your ability.  Personal training is an excellent fitness choice to keep your health and well-being on track!

Personal Training Fee Schedule
Private Sessions
 
  • 1 Session -   $50/hour
  • 5 Sessions - $45/hour = $225 (10% discount)
  • 10 Sessions - $40/hour = $400 (20% discount)
11 sessions or more – 25% discount off the hourly rate ($50) - $37.50
   
Semi-Private Sessions (2-4 people)  
 
  • 1 Session -   $40/hour per person
  • 5 Sessions -  $36/hour per person = $180 (10% discount)
  • 10 Sessions -  $32/hour per person =  $320 (20% discount)
11 sessions or more – 25% discount off the hourly rate ($40) - $30.00 per person
