Class Descriptions

Club Hours:
Monday-Friday: 530AM-8PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8AM-1PM

Zumba:  Come join the party! A Latin inspired dance fitness class. Zumba combined high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations.

INSANITY: The secret to these mind-blowing INSANITY workout results: MAX Interval Training. It takes traditional training and flips it on its head—you perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each INSANITY workout keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at your MAX. The result: burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour and get the most insane body in 60 days

Boot Camp: High energy class combining intense cardio combinations, plyometic exercises, athletic drills, and strength moves for a total body workout. A non-stop body blast!

Sets and Reps: Covering every inch of your body! We will go from Bi-ceps to Lunges and everything in between. You will learn a lot about form, muscles, and movements.

Kickboxing/Step: Comines boxing and kickboxing for a sweat inducing, calorie blasting workout, and a choreographed step class with strength training intervals. Pilates: A total body strength conditioning class using traditional weight training and Pilates-based moves.

Hard Body: This intensive one-hour class focuses on the full body, particularly arms, legs, and core. Using equipment and body weight exercises, this class focuses on toning muscles with intermittent cardio intervals.

Yoga: For those who have never tried yoga before as well as more seasoned participants. Beginners will be introduced to the basic principles of yoga and begin to strengthen the mind and body. More advanced participants will also find a great strengthening workout with instructor led modifications.  Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement (vinyasa-style yoga) or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose. The poses are a constant, but the approach to them varies depending on the yoga tradition in which the teacher has trained.

Pilates: Core conditioning focusing primarily on strengthening the back and abdominal muscles

Basic Strength: Beginner to intermediate total body sculpting workout using free weights, resistance bands and body bars.
